Class Details for "Build It Up" with Hannah Lily:

SUNDAYS 4:00 - 5:00PM - This 6-week class will introduce fundamental bellydance isolations and movements with an emphasis in the Tribal Fusion style. We will build a strong bellydance foundation with a focus on posture and develop clean technique through drilling full, complete isolations and intentional movements.

Level: This class is a great introduction for the beginning level dancer or review and drill practice for the more experienced dancer.

Class Details for "Layer It On" with Michaella Manning:

SUNDAYS 5:00 - 6:00PM - This 6-week series will focus on developing polished layers and incorporating them into dynamic combinations. Following a warm-up and conditioning drills, each class will systematically layer isolations, fluid arms, and traveling patterns. We will then finish each class with a short combination incorporating our new layered sequence.

Level: Open to all levels, however an understanding of fundamental bellydance movements is recommended. This session is designed to be accessible and challenging for the experienced beginner to the advanced dancer.

Sundays 4:00pm-5:00pm ("Build It Up") & 5:00pm-6:00pm ("Layer It On") starting February 3rd at Hollywood Dance Center:

Drop-in:$15/class
Full 6 Week Registration: $75 ( a $15 savings)

For anyone who is interested in taking both classes, we have special registration discounts:

Full 6 Week Registration: $120 ( a $60 savings)
*Early Bird Registration: $100 ( an $80 savings! Pre-register online by 1/28/13)

* You must pre-register for the full 6-week class series by January 28th to receive the Early Bird Registration discount. All 6-week registrations are non-refundable.

What to Bring:

Please dress comfortably (gym clothes are fine) and you may choose to dance barefoot, in socks, or in dance shoes. Bring a hip scarf/wrap if you like.
